Gracious Dining philosophy

Ordering from a menu allows flexibility in food choices made by the residents. The staff has implemented the Gracious Dining philosophy, which includes consistent, high standards in meal delivery, food choices and presentation, customer service, table decorations and, of course, taste and nutrition. Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America provides ongoing training and support for dining services staff in food safety, preparation and plate presentation to enhance residents' experience.
