Sweet Sounds and Decadent Desserts

June 1 :6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Join us for a fun evening of piano music and decadent desserts at Aberdeen Village. Enjoy as the music takes you on a stroll down memory lane, and make new friends while enjoying all the desserts Aberdeen's chef has to offer.
Music will be provided by Gene Fox who is in his 7th year serving as a chaplain in hospice care. Previously, he served for 25 years as an associate minister, with special attention to music and worship and family ministries. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Ed. from Friends University, and is an ordained Protestant minister.
Gene grew up in rural Kansas and moved to the KC area in the 80s to pursue a career as a full time professional entertainer, performing in local piano bars, cocktail lounges and hotel lobbies for more than a decade.
Gene is happily married to Rhonda; they are proud of their 3 adult children who have given them 8 of the cutest grandchildren in the world. Gene currently works as Chaplain & Grief Support Coordinator at Evergreen Hospice Care in Olathe.
