The ensor

The Ensor is named for Marshall Ensor, a well-known resident of Olathe. The one-bedroom apartment offers a cozy bedroom and living/dining room with a balcony or patio. Ensor was an industrial arts teacher for 46 years and turned his family farm into a museum dedicated to teaching about farming, teaching and amateur radio.

THE parker
1-Bedroom deluxe, 715 sq. ft.

The Parker is named for J.W. Parker, a local lawyer elected to the state senate in 1892. The one-bedroom apartment offers a spacious bedroom and a large living and dining space. Before he represented the relatively new Olathe area at the state capital, J.W. Parker traveled to the national capital in Washington, D.C. to participate in litigation over a land dispute involving the Black Bob Indian reservation.

THE sheridan

The Sheridan is named for one of Olathe’s first settlers, Patrick Sheridan and his wife, Margaret. The apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an en suite in the master. Immigrants from Ireland, Patrick and Margaret built a log cabin in Olathe in 1869. They eventually owned 127 acres in the city and had seven children.

THE clairborne

The Clairborne is named after Claire Osborne, the wife of R.R. Osborne, a well-known philanthropist in Olathe. The two-bedroom floor plan features a split bedroom layout. R.R. Osborne, a former banker, gave millions to institutions such as MidAmerica Nazarene University, TLC for Children and Families and the Olathe Medical Center.

THE hycrest
2-Bedroom grand, 1,215 sq. ft.

The Hycrest is named for a local historic home of the same name. The apartment features a split two-bedroom layout with a spacious living area. The original Hycrest home was built in 1881 by Jonathan Dow, a Civil War veteran and local business man and is often considered the first home in Kansas to have indoor running water.
