We offer private and semi-private residences where residents can receive qualified, around-the-clock nursing care.
Assisted living residents are more independent. Our assisted living residents may be able to perform more activities and can get around as they like. They may need help with certain tasks, such as housework or bathing, but they can perform many tasks on their own. Long-term care is a solution for seniors who need much more help from a dedicated caregiver, with tasks such as getting in and out of chairs, moving around, and more.
At Aberdeen Village all faiths are welcome in our community. Our chaplain helps connect our residents with spiritual services that best fit them.
We have 191 apartments and suites at Aberdeen Village. In our long-term care neighborhoods, we have 30 rooms for health care in Northgate and Friendship Heights and 15 rooms dedicated to our PATH® short-term rehabilitation program in Aberdeen Plaza. It is a great size to be able to easily get to know your neighbor
We are able to serve our residents from one campus under one roof.
Our health services team is top-of-the-line. We have a dedicated skilled nursing team of RNs, LPNs and CNAs who provide 24-hour nursing care. We also offer a variety of physical, occupational and speech therapies customized to individual care plans.

As a not-for-profit organization, PMMA offers assistance through its Good Samaritan Program to residents who have outlived their financial resources through no fault of their own. We also accept Medicaid in our Health Care Center.
We accept Medicaid-approved residents in Whispering Meadows Memory Care and our Health Care Center, depending on availability of our health services.
Long-term care at Aberdeen Village is a 24-hour supervised community. Our doors are locked between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m., and a team member regularly walks the buildings during those hours. Local law enforcement drives through campus at night.
Aberdeen Village provides the bed, nightstand, visitor chair and dresser. Residents or their loved ones will need to provide clothes, personal items, décor, TV and any additional furniture.
Our semi-private rooms are quite private with individual space for each resident. It isn’t just a room with a curtain dividing your space from your neighbors.
Our long-term care neighborhood is 24-hour secure facility. The exterior building doors lock from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m., but visitors are welcome and encouraged any time, day or night.
