Aberdeen Village wins award as a top care provider in the nation based on customer service

Aberdeen Village, a PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®)senior living community, is proud to announce it has won 2024 Customer Experience Awards from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm with 26 years of experience in senior care and senior living.

Aberdeen Village qualified for the award for its assisted living and for its health care center, meaning it placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

“The Customer Experience Awards are special to us because they’re earned based on the word of our residents and their families,” said Tim Allin, executive director.

Throughout 2023, residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews, answering open-ended questions and rating Aberdeen Village in multiple categories. Based on the answers, Pinnacle has determined that the community has qualified for the award in the following service areas:
