New Sales Director for Assisted Living and Healthcare is passionate about pickleball and people

Megan White, our new Sales Director for Assisted Living and Healthcare at Aberdeen Village, is an avid pickleball player. Her true passion, however, lies with helping seniors and their families find the right options in assisted living and healthcare.

“It’s not about sales for me,” she said. “I know sales is in my job title, but when it comes to assisted living and healthcare, it’s about the people who are coming to you with a need and finding the best possible solution for them.”

A Wichita native and graduate of the University of Kansas, White has lived in the Kansas City area most of her life. She comes to her new role with plenty of experience, having spent numerous years in a similar role with another organization.

“I stayed home with my kids for 11-years, but I was ready to get back into healthcare,” she said.

A short stint in the insurance world quickly came to an end when the position with Aberdeen Village opened up.

“Senior care is my passion and where my heart lies,” she explained. “It’s so nice to be back in the saddle, so to speak.”
