Aberdeen Village celebrates Founder’s Day in style!

Aberdeen Village celebrated our Founder's Day with a Corn Hole contest that led to an afternoon full of fun and laughter.

We had teams consisting of two residents and two staff members competing for the best score. A total of 17 teams competed for the top three positions to be able to take home a trophy for the day and they were all cheering for each other.

This was a terrific time for all our staff and residents to join together to have a great time of togetherness; a great way to celebrate our Founder's Day! Alice Kalb would have been mighty happy to see her promise to make a community full of happy people who are taken care of by a caring staff.

Tim Allin was heard bragging to Bonnie, our council president, that he beat her team out by one point to take home the third-place trophy. Of course, she was asking for a recount.

Congratulations to our winners!

First place went to the Golden Warriors from Assisted Living: Esy, Betty, Norma & Stella

Second place went to Everything Old is New Again: David Meyer, Luke Land, Becky Kim, & Ed Weger

Third place went to Bill Payne, Bob McMillen, Tim Allin, & Brad Radatz
